Wood Structure technological flow

Like any technological process, the cutting of materials follows automatically after the design.

The jointing of the wooden elements that make up the beam with the industrialised lattice is made with the help of the multi-nail connectors. The multi-nail boards are made of a special steel, by stamping, obtaining sharp teeth on one side. The assembly of the knots from the lattice is done with the help of a specialised press, pressing the multi-nail board on both sides with a force of 20-50 tons, depending on the type of board and the section of wood used. In this way, the pressing is done uniformly, the use of the hammer being forbidden.

The prefabricated floors of Posi-Strut lattices can replace the classic concrete floors from the last level. It is sufficient to apply a 20 mm OSB board, a protective film and a screed of maximum 4 mm and the floor behaves like the concrete one from all points of view.

Butterfly table for the manufacture of wooden walls

The butterfly table is an average productivity line designed for the manufacture of walls in framing wood houses. This installation represents the most efficient solution in the manufacture of high quality walls, which helps to increase the efficiency and productivity, including the final cost of the entire wooden house.
The butterfly table consists of 2 tables, a main table and a secondary table.
The alignment (calibration) of the wooden wall bottoms is performed with the pneumatic system provided with the main table so that the effect of decalibration will be eliminated completely resulting in a perfect alignment of the wooden panel bottoms.
After the front of the wall has been plated (closed) on one side with OSB or other closing materials, the main table lever is actuated so that the wall (panel) is transhipped on the secondary (neighbour) table with the un-plated side up. When working on this wall, to introduce thermal/soundproofing materials, installations, films for vapour/wind barrier, plasterboard closing, OSB etc. a new wall can be assembled on the main table.
