We are a Romanian company founded in 2009.
We specialize in the structural design, production and installation of prefabricated wooden structures, meeting the strict criteria of the nZEB standard, which requires all newly constructed buildings to have near-zero energy consumption.
By using wood as the main material, we benefit from its natural insulating properties, thus contributing to reducing heat loss and creating a comfortable indoor environment. What we offer:
Structural design
The design is carried out in dedicated software for this industry, Cadwork and Pamir, both for the realization of the 3D structure and the 2D details. With their help, we have total control over the project, both in terms of the structural solution and the wooden decorative elements. Using dedicated design programs, we have the ease of exporting wooden elements to CNC machines, to achieve maximum accuracy in the realization of prefabricated walls and trusses, as well as to optimize the wood material, so that we have a low consumption of material.
Fabrication
Our production process consists of:
1.Drying of raw material: careful selection and controlled drying in our own kilns.
2.Planing: Removal of imperfections and uniform finish.
3. Specialized treatment: Fireproofing, anti-aging protection and antifungals by immersion.
4. Cutting: Cutting each component to size.
5.Assembly: Our teams assemble the structures with precision.
6.Storage: The finished products are transferred to dedicated storage areas, where they are protected against external factors.
7. Site transport: Safe and efficient delivery to destination.
Assembly
We are dedicated to the provision of full services, ensuring assembly on sites through specialized teams and state-of-the-art technical equipment for prefabricated constructions. Our transport logistics include crane trucks and jib cranes (Manitou) to support the construction process throughout the execution period. So we guarantee not only the quality of our materials, but also their effective and precise implementation in your projects, bringing value to every stage of construction.
